Time and Tenses

 Hi... Readers...! I hope you all are well! Today I am here with a new article for you. OK, just imagine what it would be like if you are going to get a basic idea of learning TENSE of English in a very short event. Yes...! I have for you from its starting to its end a short & simple story. You had better have 12 lines for 12 tenses in all in which each line of it very clearly carries each tense one by one according to the time of action done in it. I hope it will be interesting to learn TENSE at an event itself. For the readers' convenience there is the chart listed below: 

1. Present indefinite (Simple present)

A story of a Doctor

1.(Simple Present)[বর্তমান কাল] [ S+V(s/es)+(O)] একজন ডক্টর বাবু সকাল 7 টায় তার বাড়ী থেকে রওনা দেন।

 2.(Present Continuous) [S+am/is/are+V+ing+(O)] একদিন তিনি মোটর সাইকেল চেপে আসছেন। 

3.(Present perfect continuous)[S+have/has+been+V+ing+(O)+for/since/from/+time ] তিনি *2 ঘণ্টা ধরে* আসছেন। 

4. (present Perfect) [S+have/has+past participle+(O) ] তিনি সকাল 9 টায় জাঙ্গীপাড়া পৌঁছালেন। 

5.(Simple past) [অতীতকাল] [S+past tense of V+(O)]* এখন 11 টা বাজে, সুতরাং তিনি *2 ঘন্টা আগে* এখানে এসেছেন। [* তাহলে তিনি *2 ঘণ্টা ধরে* রুগী দেখছেন। ]- please see the 3rd sentence...

6.(Past Perfect continuous) [S+had been+V+ing+(O)+for/since+time ] তিনি যখন *2 ঘণ্টা ধরে* মোটর সাইকেলে আসছিলেন,7.(Past Continuous) *.[S+was/were+V+ing+(O)] কিছু রুগী অপেক্ষা করছিলেন। 

8.(Past perfect) *The 1st incident [S+had+ past participle+(O)] and The second (Simple past) [S+past tense of V+(O)] তার আসতে একটু দেরী হওয়াতে কিছু রুগী *তার এসে পৌঁছানোর আগেই* চলে গেলেন। 

9.[ ভবিষ্যৎ কাল] ( Simple future) [S+shall/will+V+(O)] আরও *2 ঘণ্টা পরে* তিনি চলে যাবেন। 

10.(Future continuous) [S+shall/will+be+V+ing+(O)] সুতরাং এখন তিনি রুগী দেখতে থাকবেন। 

11.(Future perfect continuous) [S+shall/will+have+been+V+ing+(O)+for/before+time] তিনি এখনো *2 ঘণ্টা রুগী দেখবেন।* 

12.(Future perfect) [S+shall/will+ have+past participle+(O)+before/by]  আশা করছি *2 ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই* তিনি সমস্ত রুগী দেখে ফেলবেন। 

By going through this event properly we will easily be able to get the besic idea of each individual tenses of English ...
